Meet Our Principal

Ms. Marquez

Dear Kahn Community, 

My name is Monica Marquez, and this is my 28^th year in education. I have had the honor of being the Principal here at Louise W. Kahn Elementary for the past 10 years.  

I am a Texas Tech University Graduate and I received my Masters degree and Principal certification from Texas Woman’s University. I am an Oak Cliff native and I have been fortunate to spend my entire career in education in the community where I grew up. 

My goal at Louise W. Kahn is to ensure equity and excellence for all stake holders and to continue to build on the school’s academic success while providing students with a supportive and safe learning environment.
